Fruit Morning – Swimming
So this morning I started off the day . . . deciding (because I believe it is a daily choice) to eat something different for breakfast. I thought to myself, what would be healthy, filling, and satisfying. Then my mom asked if I wanted some fruit. So I figure why not eat all fruit . . . I started off with some coconut (rich in fiber), then had mango, followed by a peach, after that an orange, and finally a banana . . . finished all that off with a glass of water. Maybe next time I should be adventurous and stick all that fruit in a blender :/
After all that I went swim laps at the Aquatic Center. The last two times I went swimming I swam 25 laps . . but today I was feeling kinda tired . . . so 20 laps was enough. What amazes me is that usually after swimming I am so freakin hungry!! This time though, I am still satisfied. So I am thinking maybe I should eat fruit before swimming more often.
